today he promoting SIM wor..(simply bcos he's e dunno what chinese course head or director LOH) he told us tat we could go n study degree @ SIM, n even listed e price for us. it's abt 20plus thousand. but he said tat MOE will be paying 40% for us.(but it's still v ex ok y dun they jus pay 100%? hahaa.. n 1 more thing, I DUN WISH TO SEE HIM!!)
